Jenni Butler
Jenni has been at Rouse Limited for 18 months and, with Paul, supports our customers by ensuring that all the administration and financial logistics are covered. Prior to working in financial services, Jenni worked at HSBC all over the Isle of Wight and also in the HR department at Safeway, taking responsibility for recruitment and managing the shop floor staff.
At Safeway, it was important that she understood all the different areas of retail work, and one of her most memorable days was spending time with the bakers, putting the jam into donuts. However, it wasn’t all fun - Jenni also demonstrated her adaptability by being the first on the scene when a customer had an accident in the car park, where she administered first aid until the ambulance arrived. She is truly a versatile and valuable member of staff.
Outside work, Jenni likes to spend her time, summer or winter, on one of the Isle of Wight’s 13 award-winning beaches. She also has a small interest in watching England playing football, but we think that her passing interest in sport might disappear altogether when David Beckham hangs up his boots.
